Dont know if there is a way within VB for all of us to communicate as a group or not. But if not, I use Skype for another group I work with and seems pretty bug free and quick.

Please post up if you are a new elected official and have an idea on a option.
If skype will work, we can all list up our "user names" and create a mnmgmp room.
